QUESTION: What do I need to do in order to transfer a domain from Register.com to you?

ANSWER:

www.NamePapa.com can accept transfers from any registrar. Please be aware that each registrar has a different policy for approving the transfers. With Register.com you will be sent an e-mail when they receive the transfer request from www.NamePapa.com You have three (3) days to reply to that e-mail either approving or denying that transfer or Register.com will automatically deny the transfer. Please be aware that is a policy of Register.com and www.NamePapa.com has no control over it.

Please check with your individual registrar as to their policy concerning transfers. As well, you need to start your transfer at least 10 days before it expires or else the transfer will probably not succeed. If your domain name expires during the transfer process we cannot complete it.
