QUESTION: Why should I renew my products and services before they expire?

ANSWER:

You should renew your products prior to their expiration date to prevent any lapse in service.

In order to renew products and services, you must log in to your account.

Step 1:
Select My Renewals from the Customer Info & More menu.

Or, click My Renewals from under the Customer Info & More heading further down the page.

Step 2:
Depending on the product or service you would like to renew, either click on DOMAIN NAME RENEWALS or ALL OTHER RENEWALS.

Check the items you wish to renew and click RENEW NOW.
