QUESTION: How do I update my Credit Card on file?

ANSWER:

To update your credit card on file, you must log in to your account.

Step 1:
Select Credit Card & Payment Info from the Customer Info & More menu.

Or, click Credit Cards & Payments from under the Customer Info & More heading further down the page.

Step 2:
To update the expiration date of the existing credit card, click Update Expiration next to the account you wish to modify.

Or, to change the credit card information, check the boxes next to the accounts you would like to modify and click Update Payment.

Step 3:
Enter the new credit card information and click Save Changes.
